Jeff has designed two buildings for us, and we were thrilled with the results. He took the time to get to know us ‐ the type of work we do, how work flows through our
organization, relationships between our people, and the image we wanted to portray – before starting any architectural and design concepts. The results were buildings that, for us and our clients, delivered the ‘wow’ factor in both design and function.

Dear Jeff,
I was just thinking of you the other day as I was enjoying the view from one of my treatment rooms and wanted to thank you again for the wonderful design of my building. It is such a pleasure to work in every day. We still get compliments from new patients on the large windows with the amazing views of Summerlin in each room. You were great to work with and I so appreciate all of the design details you brought to my attention to help me make my dream practice a reality.
Thanks again, you’re the best,
Liz

Stephen Hanks DMD, MS and
Dr. Garn Mabey Ob/Gyn

I designed these two sole-proprietor specialty medical buildings in 1995. One for an orthodontics practice, the other for OB/Gyn, each feature unique floor plans and interior spaces, are quite cozy, energy efficient, and connected with nature.

The Visicon Group
Las Vegas
This building was designed as headquarters for my client’s various businesses. Construction indefinitely delayed.
Sports Vehicle Sales and Service Facility
Edelweiss Motorsports
West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas
This facility was designed to house dealerships for exotic motorcycles and boats. The site was configured with separate access points for each dealership while sharing the interior showroom and service areas. The project was cancelled due to lack of financing.
Office building for
Specialists Real Estate
1895 Village Center Circle, Summerlin, Las Vegas
Located in a beautiful suburban neighborhood, this building was designed to house a residential real estate business.
Training facility for the
Silver State Safety Council
Las Vegas
This design was prepared to use as a fundraising tool for its development.
Diamond Construction’s offices
Traverse Pointe, Henderson, Nevada
My client purchased this unimproved shell and engaged me to design the interior spaces to house his
construction company.
The design included piercing the roof for installation of three large skylights in an open, central workspace, bringing natural light into the interior of the building while reducing lighting costs.
While I was solely responsible for the planning and interior architecture, Cynthia Kessler joined me to collaborate on the finish and furnishing specifications.
Office Park
Las Vegas
I designed this cluster of one and two story office buildings on a 3 acre parcel in 1995 and steered it through the land use approval processes. The property was then sold and the project wasn't built.
North and South Baggage and Lobby Expansions
McCarran International Airport Terminal 2
Las Vegas
Invited by my colleagues at Lucchesi Galati Architects to lead in the Programming and Design phases of this remodel/expansion project, I authored the designs for these ticketing lobbies, and other operational spaces.
