Stephen Hanks DMD, MS
Dr. Garn Mabey Ob/Gyn
2871-2881 N.Tenaya Way. Las Vegas Technology Center
Nestled in landscaping, an ‘island of relief’ amongst oceans of sterile concrete and stucco, I designed these two sole-proprietor specialty medical buildings in the late ‘90’s. One for an orthodontics practice, the other for OB/Gyn, each feature unique floor plans and interior spaces, are quite cozy, and energy efficient.

Diamond Construction’s offices
Traverse Pointe, Henderson, Nevada
My client purchased this unimproved shell and engaged me to design the interior spaces to house his
construction company.
The design included piercing the roof for installation of three large skylights in an open, central workspace, bringing natural light into the interior of the building while reducing lighting costs.
While I was resonsible for the planning and interior architecture, Cynthia Kessler joined me to collaborate on the finish and furnishing specifications.
